Duo Stretch
Duo Stretch nylon reinforcement was developed primarily for adhesive bound books. The material provides great strength with a stretch component that allows the material to form around the spine of adhesive bound books whose spine will be rounded. This material, however, can be used as lining for the spine of most text blocks. The product is a combination polyester/cotton warp with nylon fill. It is crimped nylon fill that gives the material its stretch characteristics.

The Polyguard product is a crystal clear PVC with acrylic adhesive and printed liner. The printed liner makes it easy to measure and cut, and the material is heat sealable. This product adds longevity to books, maps, menus, etc. Standard Roll lengths are 75 meters and 150 meters.
Rainbow 80# ®
RAINBOW® 80# is a standard 80 lb cover material commonly used for full covers, sides, spines, and endleaf applications in hardcover book production. It is also used as a general-purpose wrap for packaging across a range of industries, including wine and spirits, fragrance, fashion, apparel, and food. The material provides added thickness compared to RAINBOW® 70 and is compatible with common printing methods such as screen, UV, and offset printing. It can also be decorated with blind or foil stamping. Rainbow 17
Rainbow® 17 is a 395gsm cover material featuring a water-based color coating and acrylic top coat on the front, paired with a white clay-coated back. It comes in a range of traditional colors and embossings that mimic leather or linen, offering a straightforward and economical option for self-supporting books, perfect-bound books, bibles, and guides. For projects requiring a more durable or refined finish, Lexotone 17 or Skivertex 17 may provide a stronger alternative.
