Alloy ABCDE
Alloy is a latex-saturated decorative covering material and paperboard composite base material. Available in approximately 1000 standard visuals such as Pellaq®, Skivertex®, Kivar® 7 and Balmoral®. The board colours available are black, white, gray, blue and red. Alloy’s duplex construction combines rigid board with decorative, coated covering material giving the stiffness needed for set up boxes and slip cases with the aesthetics needed to support your brand or promotional needs.

Alpha Aston®
A top-of-the-line synthetic leather cover material, Alpha Aston is a thermo-sensitive, non-woven cover material offering the supple feel of leather with a matte, soft-touch finish. Aston is available in a collection of chic, vibrant colors allowing customers to design with energy and originality. Alpha Goat®
Alpha Goat® is a thermo-sensitive, non-woven cover material that offers a plush touch and leather-like look. The unique feel of PU combined with authentic textures in modern leather tones, makes it the designers’ choice for hardcover books, diaries, bibles, hang tags, luxury boxes, and multimedia packaging. Alpha Goat® is CPSIA and REACH 161 complaint, solvent and heavy-metal free, and passes all SGS requests, making it the designer’s choice for a sustainable, quality, synthetic leather covering material.
Alpha Skiver®

Arizona

Arlington®
Available in linen & vellum, Arlington® book cloth is composed of an odor-free, pH balanced 100% cotton base that meets all ANSI, BMI, and NASTA standards for B-grade cloth, with a protective coating that provides excellent abrasion and water resistance. With its lay-flat characteristics, 64/56 threads per square inch, and exquisite stamping and screen printing capabilities, Arlington® is a great cover material choice for full cover and spine on hardcover books, reference books, loose-leaf binders, photo albums, bibles, diaries, record books, slipcases, arch files, stationery, and various packaging projects.
Arrestox
Perfect for book covers and media packaging, Arrestox® is an aqueous-impregnated, 100% natural cotton cloth. The most recognized name in the industry, Arrestox cloth is extremely durable and performs well in a wide range of publishing and turned edge applications. It is exceptionally functional and accepts glue well. Because Arrestox is easy to decorate you can use the technique of your choice to create unique look and consumer appeal for book cover and packaging applications. Arrestox has excellent stain, mildew and crock resistance. It also has good water resistance, UV light resistance, scuff resistance, and good abrasion resistance.
Balmoral
Balmoral is a finely woven, starch filled coated book cloth that comes in a range of vibrant colors that is often used for covering high quality books, albums, boxes and stationery. This cover materials smooth coated finish offers an ideal platform for high quality foil decoration.
Brillianta
Available in a wide selection of vibrant, contemporary colors, Brillianta® is the designers’ choice for chic colored book cloth with a natural finish. This 100% rayon cloth is EU REACH compliant with paper backing, adhering to modern product regulations and brand specifications. Brillianta® has a light-weight paper backing that provides manufacturers seamless processing. The brighter, tighter weave of Brillianta® is ideal for decorative covering and stamping on coffee table books, art books, trade book spines, boxes, bibles, encyclopedias, photo albums, binders, multimedia packaging, and more.
Buckram Roxite F
Roxite F aqueous coated library buckram is a duck or oxford book cloth that is filled on one side with an aqueous acrylic coating. Offered in a vellum finish, it has a very uniform surface. Roxite F buckram book cloth retains the fabric appearance of fine bindings while delivering exceptional functionality in the bindery process.
Having exceptional durability and longevity, Roxite F buckram book cloth is used primarily as cover material in the library industry but is ideal for any cover application such as a hymnal that endures a lot of wear and needs additional decorability.
Carbon X by Corvon
Carbon-X is a unique cover material with an embossing that mimics carbon fiber. It offers a striking visual association with luxury, high-end, high-performance brands.
Cowhide
Cowhide is genuine leather that has been processed to make it thin enough for your turned edge application. It is sold by the side. The sides average approximately 20 square feet per side. There are currently 11 colours and finishes to choose from. We do not sheet the cowhide since there is always a waste factor because of the shape of the side.
Genuine cowhide leather treated for turned edge(thinner), chrome tanned and re-tanned with a vegetable extract. The leather is dyed with environmentally safe dyes then pigment finished and finally it is sprayed with a water based resin top coat.
Docu Cover II
Docu-Cover II is a latex saturated 17pt paper cover material. Docu-Cover II offers prestige to all your corporate presentations.
It is the product of choice for high quality soft cover binding. Custom colours are available on a make-to-order basis.
Eco-Cover
Eco-Cover® is the perfect choice for high-end presentation covers, perfect-bound books, planners, address books and more. With it’s self-supporting properties, this flexible, sturdy material is composed of a saturated base and finished with a protective acrylic top coat that gives it strength and wear resistance— without the extra hassle or cost of lamination. You have your choice of fully coated back or a natural, uncoated back. Additional soft-touch and matte design options are also available for added customization and authenticity. Colors range from traditional solids to metallic shades, all offered in 9 different embossings and 3 thickness options (17, 22, or 25-point).
Elegance
Elegance Natural Finish Book Cloth is an imported cloth from Italy. It is lustrous, vibrant, glossy, fast-dyed, natural finish, rayon cloth with paper backing. Elegance cloth is made from spun rayon yarn, which is composed of short-length filament threads. This distinctive European looking cloth is colourfast to water, light and abrasion. It is also moderately priced. Elegance processes well on Horauf, Kolbus, WBF Stall and Smith manufacturing equipment.
Because of its versatility, you can use Elegance to create an intricately decorated cover with a striking effect.
Eurobond
The Eurobond is a 0.4mm Polyurethane premium bonded leather. It is unsurpassed in quality and durability. Eurobond has the look, feel and smell of genuine leather because it is tannery made. The cowhide fibers used in producing the Eurobond come from the tanning process when the hides are brought to a uniform thickness.
Excel
Excel® is a light-weight, saturated cover material offered in Classic, Select, and Design Collections, each with unique color and finish combinations. The Classic Collection features traditional colors with a standard gloss finish and the Select Collection for a wider range of fashion-forward colors with a modern, satin finish. The Design Collection is perfect when you require the look and finish of linen, but prefer the ease of use of a saturated material. Excel® has a flexible slim-fitting composition and our library of stocked colors make it the designer’s choice for style with economy and the manufacturer’s ally in machine and hand-made production processes. Excel® is perfect for creating eye-catching book covers, packaging, and stationery.
Fiscagomma Agenda
This Italian cover material gives the luxurious look of leather at a much more affordable price. The surface allows the product to be burnished for a two-tone effect. Heat burnishing conditions are achieved between 350 degrees F to 375 degrees F for 0.5 seconds and a pressure of 2 bars. For heavier embossing a dwell time of 0.7 seconds and a pressure of 3 bars would be recommended.
