Ce matériau de couverture italien donne l'aspect luxueux du cuir à un prix beaucoup plus abordable. La surface permet au produit d'être bruni pour un effet bicolore. Les conditions de brunissage à chaud sont atteintes entre 350 degrés F et 375 degrés F pendant 0,5 seconde et une pression de 2 bars. Pour un gaufrage plus lourd, un temps de séjour de 0,7 seconde et une pression de 3 bars seraient recommandés.
